Discount Tire in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, mentor technicians, and ensure safe, high-quality service for every customer. You will set the tone on the floor, drive daily objectives, and help grow careers within the company.

You will manage inventory, coach staff, and uphold our safety and service standards while partnering with leadership to promote from within and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
