Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cedar Falls to lead a team, mentor technicians, and ensure a safe, customer-centric store environment. The role emphasizes promoting from within and a strong safety-first culture.

You will drive service standards, manage inventory, and coach the team to deliver an inviting customer experience while upholding Discount Tire’s values.
