You will collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Leadership to create compelling store experiences, manage staffing, payroll, and visual priorities while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and its impact on business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: reflect company values and create engaging visual experiences with Omni channel capabilities.
• Leads and supports team to elevate store experience through merchandising and displays.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences and act on feedback.
• Leadership + Team Management: recruit, interview and develop diverse talent; onboard and engage employees.
• Inspires teams through empowerment, empathy, and clear communication; track goals and feedback.
• Visual + Business Operations: oversee scheduling, payroll, visual priorities, and store standards.
• Communicate store insights to District Manager and Home Office; participate in forums.
• Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and profitability.
