FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager. The role offers an hourly wage of $13.00 to $16.50 with commission based on productivity and a bonus tied to store performance, plus a comprehensive benefit package.

Earned Wage Access and 401k enrollment are available after eligibility and tenure. This position requires a 40+ hour work week with flexibility for weekends and holidays, in a store environment that handles jewelry, tools, electronics, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensuring all procedures are followed to protect assets.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer processes and procedures within the store, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, and reporting.
• Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure the value and integrity of all loans issued.
• The Assistant Store Manager acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
