Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team, drive store performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $16.50 per hour, with unlimited commission and a store performance bonus.

You'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach staff, recruit, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to profitability across a diverse merchandise mix including jewelry, electronics, and tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Coach and develop team to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open/close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loans and buying transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
