Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a high-volume retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role offers $13.00 to $17.00 per hour plus an earned commission on performance and a bonus based on store results. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k, with wage access and paid vacation provisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others and work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and partner with Store Manager to drive profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Open/close store, protect assets, and oversee cash handling.
• Monitor loan qualification and product knowledge in a fast-paced setting.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
