Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will assist in day-to-day store operations, lead staff, and promote a customer-centric environment while partnering with the Store Manager to meet financial goals.

Position offers an hourly wage with commission and performance bonuses; eligibility for benefits, Earned Wage Access, and 401k, with expectations of a 40+ hour work week and availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week and flexible schedule.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be able to work in locations with firearms and be able to obtain certification.
• Ability to supervise others and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Develop store employees and recruit top talent.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues.
• Monitor assets protection, cash handling, and loans.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and procedures.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Communicate clearly with staff about goals and procedures.
