FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach their team, and deliver outstanding customer service across a broad range of merchandise including jewelry and electronics. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive profitability and store performance.

You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure compliance with cash handling, merchandising, and customer service standards while maintaining high store presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
