Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with store functions, help customers, organize merchandise, and support associates while maintaining store standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and handle frequent walking and standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer service.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention; recordkeeping and cash handling.
• Support in training and developing Store Associates and maintaining a clean store.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment while following company policies.
