Applegreen Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in our Northeast division. This entry-level management role oversees non-management staff, assigns tasks, and coaches Shift Leaders to support daily store operations.

You will help with inventory, training, and adherence to brand standards while reporting to the General Manager. The position is non-exempt and hourly, requiring weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Requires up to 1 year of job-related experience in low volume Food & Beverage or Merchandise operations or other related experience as a supervisor, lead, or entry-level manager.
• Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

Responsabilités

• Supervises day-to-day activities of multiple non-exempt associates.
• Assigns work tasks and activities.
• Prepares daily orders and ensures product levels with inventory controls.
• Conducts on-the-job training for associates and ensures basic skills training.
• Ensures adherence to brand standards and safety policies.
• Supports hiring, promotion, and performance processes as directed.
