Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at our Edison location. You will help supervise staff, coach teams, and ensure brand standards across service, food safety, and guest experience.

This entry-level managerial role offers growth opportunities, training in leadership, and exposure to fast-paced store operations within a national network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and delivering feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives clearly.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and coaching.
• Step in for GM when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Motivate staff, especially during low morale periods.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues promptly and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain brand/landlord/labor relations and policies.
• Ensure the restaurant looks clean and inviting; enforce cash handling processes.
• Assist with inventory checks and accurate reporting of stock levels.
