Applegreen Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in New Jersey to help the General Manager ensure smooth daily operations at the store level. This role offers entry-level managerial learning opportunities, with a focus on performance feedback, team leadership, and business objective execution.

You will supervise non-management staff, coach shift supervisors, and ensure adherence to brand standards and policies while maintaining strong customer relationships and efficient store operations.

• Maintain cash management accuracy and daily reporting per company directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
