Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run day-to-day operations at our Welcome Centers Central Services. This entry-level management path offers hands-on learning in leadership, judgment, and discretion.

You’ll guide shifts, coach non-management staff, and ensure brand standards, cash procedures, and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong business sense and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.
• Ability to set goals and coach staff to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision and shift supervisors.
• Step in for the general manager when needed.
• Motivate staff and maintain high morale.
• Maintain brand standards and store operations.
• Ensure cash handling and daily reports are accurate.
• Address customer needs and build long-term relationships.
• Perform spot inventory counts to verify data.
