Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Auburn, WA. You will support the Store Manager to ensure efficient store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead, coach, and develop staff while maintaining inventory control and visual standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring, training, and coaching, plus daily oversight of performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff.
• Execute plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Provide coaching and direction on a day-to-day basis to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Assist the Store Manager with development and implementation of action plans to address sales, safety, training and personnel development.
