Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers.

• Assist Store Manager with strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Assist in recruiting, developing, and motivating store team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee CSR activities and transaction processing in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Analyze financial statements and trends to increase sales.
• Support community marketing to grow market share and revenues.
• Resolve customer complaints to boost satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, cash management, and store audits.
• Review updates and trainings to ensure policy understanding.
