• Oversee daily store operations, including openings, closings, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
• Promote inclusivity and a high-performing store culture.
