Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations; foster community connection.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards; manage expenses and shrink to drive profitability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand directives while ensuring product replenishment.
