JACK & JONES is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced store, developing leadership skills and preparing for Store Management. • Drive KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT, and model excellent customer service.
• Assist in daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members while enforcing policies and safety.

We’re looking for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving results, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Leadership & Team Support

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor
• Help drive a positive, high-energy team culture
• Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Commercial Performance & Sales

• Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT
• Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors
• Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results
• Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards

Operations & Store Execution

• Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow
• Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment

Recruitment & Team Development

• Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding
• Help train and develop team members
• Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy
• Maintain Health & Safety standards

WHO YOU ARE:

• 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
• Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience
