Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Victoria, TX to partner with the store manager and oversee daily store operations. You will coach a team of sales consultants, assist with merchandising and launches, and drive sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

You will gain experience in leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with access to comprehensive training and a strong compensation package that reflects geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive results.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
