AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in Irving, TX. You’ll oversee daily store operations, support merchandising and launches, and drive sales performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach a team of retail consultants, participate in off-site events, and benefit from hands-on leadership training and a strong compensation package tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales goals.
