Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Novi, MI to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive sales performance. You will act as manager on duty, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards while coordinating scheduling and training.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic retail setting. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales results while minimizing loss.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints, and store issues when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings when needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment aligned with brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including managing peak periods.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safeguard inventory and assets.
• Drive selling strategy to achieve KPIs, resolve customer feedback, and maintain store appearance.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
