Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory checks, and maintaining visual merchandising. The role requires a proactive leader who can work with minimal supervision and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
