Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. You will coach the sales team, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, the ability to train staff, recruit new team members, and enforce all company policies.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of retail experience
• Ability to operate POS terminals and scanners
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends
