Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help train team members, develop product knowledge, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and training of team members
• Develop skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation
