Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on training, product knowledge, and promoting a high-performance team in a dynamic jewelry retail environment.

Qualifications

At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections
Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
Develop skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation
Recruiting and selection of team members
Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties
