Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and maintain records (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain storefront fixtures, displays, and overall store condition.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; ensure safe, respectful environment.
• Ensure store cleanliness and neatness; restock bathrooms, floors, and stockroom.
• Other duties as assigned.
