Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. This role collaborates with the Store Manager to supervise and train associates, maintain clean and organized spaces, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and adherence to company policies while promoting a positive and safe work environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain and organize store fixtures, displays, and promotional areas.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll& scheduling records, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and clean, including restrooms.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates with the Store Manager.
