Job summary

Dollar Tree in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, customer service, and team development. This role supports a high-energy retail environment with a focus on achieving sales and service goals.

You will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandise handling, coaching Store Associates, and maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform various physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.

• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling tasks.
