You will assist with daily functions, organize merchandise, and help implement company policies while maintaining a safe, welcoming store.

The role emphasizes leadership support to the Store Manager, floor supervision, scheduling, and training of Associates, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Train and develop Store Associates; supervise as needed.
• Ensure safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
