Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in a dynamic retail environment. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized and merchandising standards are maintained.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, scheduling, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe, friendly work environment for associates and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
