Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Cleveland, MS. You will assist with day-to-day functions, supervise associates, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate has retail supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform related physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling, cash deposits/receipts, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; supervise/train Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep store clean, restocked, and presentable; perform other duties as assigned.
