Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, help customers, and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will train and supervise store associates while maintaining a positive, safe environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications
