Buckle in Westlake, OH seeks an Assistant Manager in Training with a path to Store Manager. You will lead sales, merchandising and daily operations, train Teammates, recruit talent, and drive legendary service to Guests.

The role blends coaching, performance tracking and hands-on leadership across the sales floor, fitting rooms and register area, with responsibilities expanding as you progress to the Assistant Manager level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in retail leadership and guest service.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales, product knowledge, and showmanship.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; assist Store Manager in staffing.
• Oversee operations, including openings/closings and Loss Prevention basics.
• Collaborate with Management to meet store goals and drive Buckle standards.
