GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Shawnee, OK. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a customer-focused team on every shift.

Open availability to work weekends and holidays is required, along with strong English communication and basic math skills. You’ll handle inventory, scheduling, and daily cash handling while coaching staff to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) Food Safety Certification.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for deposits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates the team to excel.
