Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and leadership ability.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Strong math and cash-handling accuracy required.
• Food Safety Certification is required or can be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and leadership.
• Operate the register, assist customers with speed and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Participate in hiring, training, and supervising team members.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pump area.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
