Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will handle scheduling, inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks on a fast-paced shift.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and leadership.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell and deliver great service.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and oversee safety policies.
