Playa Bowls is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll train new employees, resolve issues, and ensure efficiency in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated managerial experience in a fast-paced retail or food-service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and oversee operations.

Responsibilities

• Check products for consistency, palatability, and quality.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Schedule and receive deliveries; verify contents and quality.
• Monitor food prep, portions, garnishing, and presentation.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties for efficiency.
• Review procedures to improve service, performance, or safety.
• Maintain inventories of food and equipment.
• Organize training programs and evaluate staff.
• Arrange equipment maintenance and coordinate services.
• Operate the POS; handle cash deposits.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and keep records.
