Playa Bowls is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations at a busy location. You will train new team members, resolve issues, and implement strategic solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a positive, energetic leader with a passion for healthy foods and a dynamic fast-casual environment. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor deliveries while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior managerial experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check products to ensure consistency and quality.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.
• Schedule and receive deliveries, verify contents and quantity.
• Monitor preparation, portions, garnishing, and presentation to standard.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties for efficient operations.
• Review procedures to improve service, performance, or safety.
• Perform some food preparation or service tasks.
• Maintain inventories of food and equipment.
• Organize training, hire staff, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and various services.
• Operate POS system and handle cash deposits.
