Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Customer-focused leadership with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product knowledge and benefits.
• Coach team to maintain service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development of staff.
• Drive KPIs by communicating and acting on data with the team.
• Plan and execute merchandising standards and promotional activities.
• Help reduce loss through excellent customer service and controls.
