You will lead a team of about ten department managers and receivers, ensuring compliance with safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards while inspiring a high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; or education/experience mix.
• Proven success leading department operations with integrity including P&L, safety, staffing, and training.
• Professional communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and decisive problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations across departments to drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Motivate, train, and develop store leadership and staff.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards are met.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and loss prevention activities.
• Communicate policy changes and new initiatives to store teams.
