Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Denver to direct all store processes, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

You will lead approximately ten department managers and receivers, foster a culture of teamwork, and uphold company standards across perishable and non-perishable sections. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an education/experience mix accepted.
• Experience leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with profit and loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values.
• Develop leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of ~10 Department Managers and Receivers.
• Motivate and develop management with Sprouts leadership behaviors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high standards in all operations.
