Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, supervise Team Members, and drive customer service excellence at the Surprise store. The role includes managing payroll, donations processing, and performance coaching while traveling to support other GCNA locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations on the sales floor.
• Supervise and develop store Team Members.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and operating costs to budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service and donor interactions.
