Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise call center and showroom customer service programs and ensure execution.
• Coordinate staffing for peak hours and maintain staffing levels.
• Assist store manager with coaching, goal-setting, and training for team members.
• Participate in recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure proper handling of purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures and security duties.
• Maintain store appearance, equipment, and vehicle readiness.
• All other duties as assigned.
