Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to assist the General Manager with daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure cash handling accuracy, inventory control, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees, upholding standards.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist investigations of shortages/overages and variances.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets as directed by GM/Territory Manager.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll and other admin duties per cash control policies.
