Job summary

GameStop in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 3992) to support store operations under the Store Manager. You will lead guest service, merchandising, scheduling, and training, while driving sales and loyalty through knowledge of products and programs.

Responsibilities include supervising Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, processing transactions accurately, executing promotions, and ensuring a clean, well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18; high school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience and guest service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote guest loyalty.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee POS transactions and accuracy of daily deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise organization.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in Manager's absence.
