Job summary

GameStop in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and to develop a sales-driven culture focused on guest service.

You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, train staff, ensure merchandise is visible and properly stocked, and help meet sales, profit, and guest satisfaction goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 6 months retail management experience preferred.
• Min. 2 years retail sales or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and store operations while ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily.
