Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming needs while driving sales.
• Support store visuals and operations during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure items are well presented.
• Assist team in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, attendance, and confidentiality policies.
