Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Florence, KY location. This role supports the Store Manager in all store operations, leads Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, and drives a sales culture through expert product knowledge and exemplary guest service.

You will help maintain an organized, attractive shopping environment, stock and replenish items, and uphold company policies while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Prior retail management or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong guest service focus and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations and guest service.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention practices are followed.
