Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will drive sales by sharing product knowledge, keeping the store clean and organized, and growing guest loyalty through excellent service.

This role requires supervising Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, training staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, promote promotions, and complete transactions with care.
• Maintain the shopping environment, visuals, promotions, and guest relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
• Process guest purchases/returns using POS with accuracy and courtesy.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence; train and onboard staff.
