Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Deerfield Township, OH to support the Store Manager and lead a team of Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders. You will drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires strong leadership, proven retail experience, and excellent customer service. You will train staff, manage schedules, and help execute company policies and programs on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months retail management experience preferred.
• 2 years retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service, greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and current sales initiatives.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and policy adherence.
• Oversee staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
